We uncovered human-centred insights by looking-out and looking-in
Looking In: We did a current state audit through material review of the existing pitch deck, and arranged one-on-one sessions with the founder to better understand her vision, Ulo’s value proposition and the target audience.
Looking Out: We did a competitor analysis in order to gain a better understanding of the online travel landscape and the best practices. We also conducted quantitative research on 110 frequent travelers to evaluate their online shopping preferences while travelling which helped shape the types of products to launch with.
