Hema has spent the past 14 years focused on the intersection of consumer behaviour, technology and business. She specialises in driving digital transformation through Human Centred Design principles, creative collaboration and ethnographic research methods.
Hema has extensive experience delivering digital, e-commerce strategies and physical-digital experiences for brands across Asia Pacific.
Prior to setting up PSYKHE, Hema was a founding member and CX lead of Deloitte Digital South East Asia, where she helped set up and launch the Deloitte Digital brand in Asia.
She is also an Adjunct Lecturer at the National University of Singapore, where she teaches topics on Service Innovation and Design.
