With 15 years in digital innovation and marketing strategy in the APAC region, Michael holds both a global and local perspective when it comes to helping businesses to understand the digital customer and rethink businesses for the digital era.

Beginning a foundation of consumer research, innovation and customer engagement strategy at the region’s leading creative and digital specialists at WPP and Omnicom groups, Michael has spent time building and digital products with start-up incubators in emerging markets, before joining the pioneering at Deloitte Digital SEA as a key strategic lead for large scale innovation and transformation projects at Telco, Finance and Consumer Products.

He has also been a key speaker at Temasek Polytechnic and Nanyang Polytechnic, leading topics such as Customer Innovation Strategy and Business Model Design.
