Meet Sandra,
UX Consultant & Social Lurker
A certified people nerd, Sandra enjoys tinkering with humans to understand the everyday practices, symbolic meanings, and forms of sociality that guide the interaction between humans and technology. She pursued Social Anthropology and Politics at the University of Edinburgh where she discovered a passion for exploring the diverse ways in which people inhabit, experience, and imagine the world around them.
As a UX researcher, Sandra is passionate about the intersection of people, culture, and technology for positive social impact. She believes in the power of design to create meaningful experiences that bring people together.

Imagine your favourite part of your job as an ice cream flavour. What would it be, and why?
I’d choose passionfruit sorbet for its brightness and unexpected depth. I enjoy the creative process of solving for human needs, hearing the different stories behind each challenge while cutting through the complexity to understand the root cause. The result: products that not only work, but resonate.
What is something you are deeply curious about?
I’m curious about how the tools and structures we create end up shaping us. How do the spaces and systems we live in influence the way we see the world? How do we then adapt to new technologies, assign meanings to them, and repurpose them in our culture, habits and imagination?
Make an impact with us.
